On Korex.it, payments are processed through trusted circuits and payment platforms. This page explains the active payment methods, how they work, and the measures we take to protect transactions.

1. Active payment methods

Available payment methods may vary depending on the cart and checkout configuration. The methods currently active on Korex.it are:

  • Credit/debit card (via certified payment gateways).
  • PayPal.
  • Bank transfer (advance payment).
Note: the selectable method is shown and confirmed during checkout and in the order confirmation.

2. Transaction security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data and reduce the risk of unauthorized use. In particular:

Encrypted connection
Browsing and checkout take place via a secure (HTTPS) connection, encrypting data in transit.
Card data not stored
Card details are handled by the payment provider. Korex.it does not store full card details on the website.
Authentication (if required)
For some transactions, additional authentication may be required (e.g., 3D Secure) depending on your bank/issuer.
Important: if you receive “off-process” payment requests or suspicious links, do not proceed and contact us immediately at info@korex.it.

3. Bank transfer (advance payment)

If you choose bank transfer, the order enters processing after the payment is received/accepted. Bank details and the reference to use are provided during checkout and/or in the order confirmation.

  • Suggested reference: order number.
  • Posting time: depends on your bank and the transfer type (standard/instant).
  • If needed, you may email proof of payment to info@korex.it and include your order number.

4. Payment confirmation and order processing

After payment, your order is confirmed and moves into processing. You will receive email updates and you can also check your order status in your account area (if registered).

Method When it is confirmed
Card Usually immediate, subject to issuer/circuit checks.
PayPal Usually immediate, subject to PayPal checks.
Bank transfer After the transfer is actually received/credited.
Delivery timeframes (e.g., 3–5 business days) are calculated from payment receipt, unless exceptions are shown on the product page and/or communicated by email.

5. Invoice

For orders placed on Korex.it, an invoice is always issued. We recommend entering your billing details correctly during checkout (including VAT number and company name, if applicable) to avoid delays or requests for additional information.

FAQ

Is it safe to pay on Korex.it?

Yes. We use secure (HTTPS) connections and trusted payment providers. Card data is handled by the provider and is not stored as full card details on the website.

Can I change the payment method after placing an order?

It depends on the order status. Contact us at info@korex.it with your order number and we will check the best option.

I paid by bank transfer: when will my order be processed?

The order moves into processing after the transfer is received/accepted. If needed, you can email proof of payment including the order number.

How do refunds and reversals work?

Refunds are issued according to the Returns & Refunds page and the Terms & Conditions. Credit times depend on the card/bank/circuit or provider.
