On this page you will find all operational information about order processing, shipping and delivery for purchases made on Korex.it. We operate under a dropshipping model and source products from official Italian and European distributors to ensure an organized and traceable process.
Timeframes are calculated from the receipt of payment. Any exceptions are indicated on the product page and/or communicated by email.

Order processing & delivery times
Orders are processed after payment is received. Under standard conditions, shipping and delivery take place within 3–5 business days from the receipt of payment. In some circumstances (for example temporary availability issues, peak periods, or remote areas), variations may occur and will be communicated promptly.
- Timeframes start from the receipt of payment (not the order date).
- Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Any changes are indicated on the product page and/or communicated by email.
How shipping works
Korex.it operates under a dropshipping model: items are prepared and shipped directly by our official Italian and European distributors to the delivery address provided during checkout.
- Payment received: your order enters processing.
- Preparation: the distributor prepares packaging and documentation.
- Handover to the carrier: the shipment is collected by the carrier.
- Delivery: to the specified address within the expected timeframe.
Tracking & notifications
When tracking becomes available from the carrier, we send the tracking code by email and it may also be visible in your account area. In some cases, tracking may become active a few hours after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
