Order processing & delivery times

Orders are processed after payment is received. Under standard conditions, shipping and delivery take place within 3–5 business days from the receipt of payment. In some circumstances (for example temporary availability issues, peak periods, or remote areas), variations may occur and will be communicated promptly.

  • Timeframes start from the receipt of payment (not the order date).
  • Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • Any changes are indicated on the product page and/or communicated by email.

How shipping works

Korex.it operates under a dropshipping model: items are prepared and shipped directly by our official Italian and European distributors to the delivery address provided during checkout.

  1. Payment received: your order enters processing.
  2. Preparation: the distributor prepares packaging and documentation.
  3. Handover to the carrier: the shipment is collected by the carrier.
  4. Delivery: to the specified address within the expected timeframe.
Important
Please carefully check your delivery details (name, address, ZIP/postal code, doorbell/building details, phone number). Missing or incorrect information may cause delays, storage at the carrier depot, or failed deliveries.

Tracking & notifications

When tracking becomes available from the carrier, we send the tracking code by email and it may also be visible in your account area. In some cases, tracking may become active a few hours after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

  • Account area > Orders (if enabled by the system)
  • By requesting it at info@korex.it and providing your order number
If tracking does not show movements immediately, please wait a few hours: updates depend on the carrier’s scanning times.

Conditions, exceptions & special cases

Remote areas / islands
Some locations may require additional time. Any variations will be communicated as soon as available.
Peak periods (promotions and holidays)
During promotions or holiday periods, logistics may experience delays. In such cases, we provide timely updates.
Incorrect delivery details
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in depot storage or returns. A valid phone number is strongly recommended.
