These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products on the Korex.it website. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Korex.it operates exclusively through an e-commerce platform; there is no physical store open to the public.

2. Definitions

  • Website: the Korex.it website.
  • Seller: AXENTIS S.R.L.
  • Customer: anyone who purchases on the Website.
  • Consumer: a natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to their business/professional activity.
  • Business Customer: a person or entity purchasing for business/professional purposes.
  • Products: consumer electronics goods and accessories available for purchase on the Website.

3. Scope and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the Website. By placing an order, the Customer confirms they have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The Seller may update these Terms and Conditions; the version published on the Website at the time of the order will apply.

4. Product information

Product pages show features, compatibility, images, and technical information available at the time of publication. Images and descriptions may be indicative. If in doubt, please contact us before purchasing.

Note
Some technical data may be provided by manufacturers or distributors. In case of discrepancies, contractual information and the order confirmation will prevail.

5. Prices, taxes, and invoicing

  • Prices are shown in Euro and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT.
  • Shipping costs and/or any additional service fees are shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.
  • In case of an obvious material error in price or availability, the Seller may contact the Customer to confirm/correct the order or cancel it and refund any amounts paid.
  • Invoice: an invoice is always issued. The Customer must provide correct and complete billing details during checkout; the invoice is made available by email and/or in the account area.

6. Contract formation and order processing

  1. The Customer selects the Products and completes the checkout process.
  2. The order constitutes an offer to purchase.
  3. The contract is deemed concluded when the order confirmation is sent (by email and/or in the account area), subject to availability or necessary checks.
  4. The Seller may contact the Customer for essential information (e.g., incomplete data, invalid address, anti-fraud checks).

7. Payment methods

The payment methods available on the Website are:

  • Card payments (via the checkout payment gateway)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (the order is processed after funds are received; bank details are shown at checkout and/or in the order confirmation)
Security checks and anti-fraud controls may require additional information or lead to order cancellation and a refund, as permitted by law.

8. Shipping, delivery, and tracking

To ensure efficiency and availability, the Seller processes orders through dropshipping: Products may be shipped directly by official suppliers/distributors and logistics partners to the address provided by the Customer.

Carrier selection
Since the shipment may be dispatched directly by the dropshipping supplier, the carrier may vary and may not match the carrier selected by the Customer during checkout, depending on logistics availability and the delivery area.
  • Shipping costs: calculated based on the postal code and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
  • Islands/remote areas: surcharges may apply depending on the postal code; any surcharge is displayed at checkout and/or communicated during order processing.
  • Tracking: when available, tracking is sent by email and/or shown in the account area.
  • Accurate address details: the Customer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery details and availability at the delivery address.

Indicative timeframe: delivery usually takes place within 3–5 business days from payment received, unless exceptions apply (e.g., availability, seasonal peaks, remote postal codes or islands, security checks, carrier requirements). Updates are shown on the product page and/or communicated by email.

9. Right of withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, as provided by applicable law.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
  1. Send a notice to info@korex.it including: order number, product(s), name and surname, and contact details.
  2. Wait for return instructions and send the goods back within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
  3. The goods must be returned intact, complete with accessories and components, packed appropriately and in compliance with applicable law.

  • Return shipping costs: borne by the Customer.
  • Refund: processed using the same payment method used by the Customer, within the time limits set by law and after the return is received and checked (or, where applicable, upon proof of shipment).
  • Exceptions: statutory exclusions apply (e.g., sealed goods not suitable for return once opened, started digital content, etc., where applicable).

10. Legal warranty, defects, and DOA

For Consumers, the legal warranty of conformity provided by applicable law applies. In case of lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to the remedies provided by law (repair or replacement and, where applicable, price reduction or termination).

Return shipping paid by us only for confirmed defect/DOA
Return shipping costs are normally borne by the Customer. Return shipping may be covered by us only in case of a confirmed defect/DOA within the assistance/RMA process and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For Business Customers, the protections provided by the Italian Civil Code and any written agreements apply.

11. After-sales support and RMA procedure

To request support, the Customer must contact info@korex.it indicating the order number, product, issue description and, if possible, photos/videos and the serial number.

Timeframes and conditions
  • Verification time: up to 15 days from receipt of the product at the indicated handling point (except for complex cases or supplier/manufacturer technical timeframes).
  • Packaging: the product must be returned with appropriate packaging, in accordance with applicable law; where possible, include accessories and components required for checks.
  • Instructions: return address and procedures are confirmed by support depending on the case (withdrawal, warranty, defect/DOA).

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure or events not reasonably controllable (e.g., strikes, logistics disruptions, network failures, exceptional weather events).

The Seller is not liable for improper use of the Products, non-compliant installations, undeclared incompatibilities, or tampering.

13. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

The sales contract is governed by Italian law.

Jurisdiction
  • For disputes involving a Consumer, the competent court is the court of the Consumer’s place of residence or domicile, within the limits set by applicable law.
  • For disputes involving a Business Customer (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Lecce.
